Student Leadership at Myin Thar Myo Oo Monastic Education School and Children Development Center (MTMO)
At Myin Thar Myo Oo Monastic Education School and Children Development Center (MTMO), students are provided with opportunities to develop not only academic knowledge but also responsibility, leadership skills, and social skills.
We believe that leadership is not about giving orders to others, but about understanding and fulfilling one’s responsibilities, supporting others, and making positive contributions to the community.
Learning Leadership Through Responsibility
Students are encouraged to take responsibilities appropriate to their age and experiences, allowing them to apply their abilities in real-life situations. Through these experiences, students develop self-confidence, learn to solve problems through cooperation, and gain the ability to understand different perspectives.
Peer Guidance and Support
Within the Myin Thar Myo Oo student community, older and more experienced students are encouraged to guide and support younger students while becoming positive role models. This approach helps strengthen trust, responsibility, and mutual respect among students.
Teamwork and Collaboration
